rules & Policies
equipment rental policy
A valid/current state or government issued picture ID or document and a debit/credit card security deposit are required to rent any equipment. Expired IDs/documents are not allowed. By signing our wavier, you agree that a replacement fee will be charged to the debit/credit card if any rental equipment is lost or not returned. Replacement fees are listed on the wavier.
age policy
Any person and child over the age of 7 years old are allowed to play at our facility. We recommend players between the ages of 7-11 to opt-in to playing 'Low Impact Paintball'.
wavier
All players are required to fill out our wavier before receiving rental equipment and playing on our fields. Players under 17 must have a guardian fill out their wavier. In our continued effort to have a positive impact on the environment, the wavier is only available digitally, not on paper.
Play time
The paintballs that are included with our rental packages are not guaranteed to last the duration of the hours we provide with the rental equipment. The rate of consumption varies from player to player. Groups have the option to purchase additional paintballs if they want to reach the maximum of 3 hours.
cancellations &
rescheduling
To receive a full refund ($120) for 'Party Host' reservations you must contact us directly at (786) 268-9208 at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. The $12 reservation fee is non-refundable. We allow reservations to be rescheduled as long as we're notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.
Field paint only
Family Paintball Center is a FIELD PAINT ONLY park. All paintballs must be purchased at our facility or exclusive partner Paintball Madness. This policy is strictly enforced. Violators will be warned and possibly expelled from our facility. Absolutely NO outside paintballs are allowed.
food & drinks
Guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks. Outside food delivery is allowed. Family Paintball Center does NOT allow alcohol to be consumed on the property. Glass bottles/containers are strictly prohibited.
miscellaneous info
