Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make it easy for our customers to cancel or reschedule their appointments. Therefore, we have a lenient cancellation and rescheduling policy that allows customers to cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any fees or penalties. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your request. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to work with you to find a new time that suits your schedule. In the event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at a convenient time for you.
